Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard Delivery

• Delivery Time: 2–4 working days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be available above a certain order amount (if enabled by the store).

Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared through SMS/Email/WhatsApp (based on store settings).

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Weather conditions
• Courier delays
• Festival rush
• Remote location delivery

These delays are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your parcel.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If the customer enters an incorrect address or the courier marks the shipment as undeliverable:

• The customer must pay reshipping charges.
• Refunds will not be provided for incorrect address entries.

Damaged Package

If your package is visibly damaged during delivery, please record an uncut video while opening and contact us within 24 hours.
